home security alarms due to the number of false alarms. In many cases with gated communities,
the police department requests that onsite security personnel respond to the
alarm to assess the situation prior to their dispatching a unit.
ABDI’s Alarm Monitoring System receives signals directly from the resident’s existing home
security system or their contracted central monitoring station. The alarm type and location is
instantly broadcast throughout the CMS network and allows the community’s
security personnel to be immediately dispatched to assess the situation. Response time that was previously up
to an hour or more is reduced to minutes.
The Police Department can then be notified if warranted, but in many
cases your security personnel can resolve the incident. The result is an increased level of
service and protection that can be provided to your community’s residents.
